2. Ethical and Professional Boundaries

At AURIX, coaching and consulting processes are professional processes that accompany the growth goals of an individual or organization. These processes do not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, or clinical intervention. Where a client’s need calls for referral to a different area of expertise, these boundaries are observed openly and responsibly. Confidentiality, openness, and professional accountability are inseparable parts of the AURIX approach.
