Hatice Yıldırım describes herself as a transformation designer with more than 30 years of experience in teaching, education management, corporate leadership, and professional coaching. She combines her graduate background in Management and Supervision with Erickson International (ICF) professional coaching and NLP expertise, focusing on bringing out the human potential within individuals and organizations.
For innovation-centered structures such as Teknopark ecosystems, she acts as a solution partner who manages cross-generational synergy, designs merit-based leadership models, and develops a culture of sustainable success.
She has led the development journey of thousands of individuals through long-standing management and coordination roles in prestigious educational institutions such as Orion Foundation Piri Reis Schools, SEV, and UKEB. Since 2022, she has been working with the Erickson methodology to help individuals and institutions see the light within their identities.
Through volunteer education projects since 1999, she actively contributes to human-centered social transformation.
