Hülya Aksu Spizuoco studied Economics in English at Marmara University, then Business and Information Technologies at City of Westminster College in London. She completed her MA in Political Science and International Relations at the University of San Diego and later studied Public Leadership, Community Organizing and Advocacy at Harvard Kennedy School.
She held senior executive roles in banking and multinational organizations such as Koçbank, Dow Jones Telerate, and ISI Emerging Markets New York; later, she worked as an entrepreneur and business leader between Europe and Türkiye through her international trade company.
After completing her master’s degree in the United States in 2014, she wrote geopolitical articles for academic journals, took political science doctoral courses at Akdeniz University, and worked as a refugee mentor at the San Diego International Rescue Committee.
Living in the United States since 2012, Hülya Aksu Spizuoco currently works as a Community Advisor at Bowdoin College. Through Hülya Aksu Academy, she contributes to individuals and institutions as a trainer, coach, and mentor in political communication, executive and leadership coaching, geopolitics, leadership, and career development.
