Seda Şen
Combines more than 20 years of maritime and logistics experience with career coaching, executive coaching, corporate training, student development, and relocation support.
My purpose in coaching and training is to help people recognize their own inner resources, values, and potential, so they can make more conscious choices in their lives and work. Within the technopark ecosystem, I aim to open space for young people, entrepreneurs, and executives to find their direction in a fast-changing world, and to build a bridge between their strengths, their sources of motivation, and the needs of the world. I believe that when people have goals that feel meaningful to them, that they truly want and have clarified in their minds, they take action, and when they take concrete steps guided by that awareness, their dreams become real. It is a privilege to serve my clients on this path.
Seda Şen combines more than 20 years of maritime and logistics experience with career coaching, executive coaching, and corporate training design. She helps students, businesspeople, and migrants clarify what they truly want in a changing world, define strategies with personal awareness and a solution-focused approach, take responsibility, and move toward their goals.
Between 2000 and 2022, she worked in maritime and logistics across sales, marketing, customer relations, procurement, logistics, and team management. At Catoni Deniz İşleri A.Ş., she managed goals, budgets, teams, and international coordination as İzmir Branch Manager, Türkiye Sales and Marketing Manager, and Türkiye & Black Sea Line Manager.
Between 2023 and 2026, under Step Up Coaching, she worked with team leaders, managers, professionals, and university students through individual coaching, executive coaching, career coaching, mentoring, and development trainings.
Based in the Netherlands, Seda Şen is part of the team that designed the “A New Country, A New Me” program for migrants. Through UTİKAD Universities Focus Group and DEFMED Board memberships, she supports the development of young people and sector professionals.
